The Community Health Partnerships (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010 were laid before the Scottish Parliament in November 2010 and came into force in January 2011. These regulations simply update the original 2004 regulations in light of changes in the statute book since then. It will have no impact on the current functioning of CHPs or any financial effects.
